Compilation of Project Risk Profiles, Baseline Risk Assessments and OHS Specifications
HTE will compile the Project Specific Project Risk Profiles, Baseline Risk Assessments and OHS Specifications for your project. The Client’s needs are included and the Client’s Consultant/Representative can then include this inside the Tender Document.
Evaluation of OHS Plans and Safety File
HTE evaluates the OHS plan against the Project Risk Profiles, Baseline Risk Assessments, OHS Specifications and OHS-ACT.
Compilation of OHS plan and Risk Assessments
HTE compiles the Project Specific OHS plan from the Project Risk Profiles, Baseline Risk Assessments and OHS Specifications. This is a very comprehensive plan and includes all baseline risk assessments. Issue-based HIRA and Continuous HIRA are also done.
Safety Manuals
HTE compiles the Project Specific Safety manual from the Project Risk Profiles, Baseline Risk Assessments, OHS Specifications and Safety Plan. This is also a very comprehensive document and includes all the requirements of the Client.
Safety Audits
HTE developed a Five Star safety Audit system by making use of the following organizations, acts and standards: OHS Act and Regulations, MHS Act / Minerals Act, SANS, SABS, IOSM, ISO, OHSAS, ILO and MBA. Normal Audits are also available.
Audits are normally done on a monthly basis but can be adapted to suit the clients need.
Monthly safety/audit meeting
A monthly report is included and discussed at the Monthly site safety meetings.
Project close down
HTE makes sure that the principle contractor closes down the project and hand all OHS files over to the Consultant.
OHS – Site administration for the duration of the project
HTE can place a safety representative/safety officer on site in order to handle all the needed administration and documents of the safety manual. This is for the daily administration of the safety manual and all the daily inspections on site.
Accident investigation
HTE can investigate accidents on site.
