Company Background

Training is a supremely important issue that demands an unparalleled response from all sectors of society, worldwide. Progress can not be achieved without training. Success on a project can only be achieved:

    • If the labour force, community and management is educated, trained and developed,
    • And if skills are transferred through professional Training Providers.
H.T.E offers all these requirements in a professional way by involving all stakeholders. This was the main reason for the establishment, in 1994, of the Accredited Provider: Hartzer Trading Enterprises. Our objectives achieve the requirements:
    • To train, develop and assist emerging contractors,
    • To facilitate the transfer of skills in the construction industry.
    • To provide ON-THE-JOB training and development for the comfort of our clients.
    • To provide safety services to the construction industry.
